2. General Information
Protecting your personal data is important to us. 3. Website
3.1 Hosting and Server Logs
The website is hosted on our own servers located within the European Union. Each time the website is accessed, the web server automatically records the following data in server logs:
- IP address of the requesting device (possibly anonymized)
- Date and time of the request
- Requested URL
- HTTP status code
- Amount of data transferred
- Browser and operating system used (User-Agent)
- Referrer URL (if transmitted)
Purpose: Operation, availability, and security of the website, as well as error diagnosis.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and error-free operation of the website).
Retention period: Server logs are automatically deleted after a maximum of 30 days, unless they are required for longer periods to investigate a specific security incident.
3.2 Cookies and Tracking
This website uses no cookies and no commercial tracking.
3.3 Web Analytics with Plausible Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to analyze website usage. Plausible is a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool that we self-host on our own servers within the European Union.
No personal data is stored and no cookies are set. Plausible does not use any cross-device identification methods (no fingerprinting). Only aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics are collected (e.g. page views, session duration, country of origin).
Purpose: Improving our offering based on statistical analysis.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in anonymous usage statistics). No consent is required as no personal data is processed and no interference with privacy occurs.
Third-country transfers: No data is transferred to countries outside the EU.
4. Discord Bot and Fluxer Bot
4.1 Description of Processing
We operate one or more bots on the Discord platform (Discord Inc., USA) and the Fluxer platform. The bots respond to messages, commands, and events within Discord or Fluxer servers on which they are deployed.
Data processed:
- Message content (only for immediate processing and generating a response)
- Discord username and user ID (to associate requests with users)
- Server and channel context (to correctly respond to commands)
Important: Messages and personal content are not stored permanently. Processing takes place exclusively in working memory for the duration of handling the respective request. After the response is delivered, no data from the message content is persisted.
Purpose: Providing bot functionality (automated responses to messages and commands).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the bot service) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), insofar as users actively use the bot.
Retention period: No persistent storage of message content. Any technical logs (e.g. for error diagnosis) are deleted after a maximum of 7 days.
4.2 Discord as a Platform
The use of Discord is subject to Discord Inc.'s own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the processing of data by Discord itself. You can find more information in the Discord Privacy Policy.
As Discord Inc. is based in the USA, data may be transferred to third countries. Discord relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR for such transfers.
4.3 Fluxer as a Platform
The use of Fluxer is subject to Fluxer Platform AB's own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the processing of data by Fluxer itself. You can find more information in the Fluxer Privacy Policy.
